Most of the time, something needs to be fabricated in place or its just too big to justify transporting it. We can come to you with our mobile welding rig loaded with tools and equipment. We serve the DE, PA, MD, NJ quad-state area.

SHOP FABRICATION

Brackets, frames, stairs, handrails, you name it - we build it. MIG, TIG, Stick, Aluminum, Stainless - we weld it. Our shop is accessible by appointment only. If you have something that you'd like to drop off at the shop, please contact us first.

PIPE FABRICATION

With experience in the Oil/Gas industry, we offer pipe fabrication services not many can match. Experience with API 1104, ASME B31.3, ASME B31.1, AWS D1.1, AWS D1.2

REPAIRS

When a piece of equipment goes down, it can cost a lot in down time. We can come out ASAP and get you all squared away.

CONTRACTING

Need a welder for a day? A couple weeks? Let us know! As well as being a primary contractor, we also subcontract for businesses who have welding on a jobsite, but can't justify hiring a full time welder.

New to our arsenal of tools is our Bore Repair Systems line boring machine. Repairing bores from 1.4"-10". Mobile service available.

LINE BORING

New to our arsenal of tools is the Bore Repair Systems BOAC45 boring bar and a BOA408i bore welder. Along with additional tools, this line boring machine allows us to repair bores from 1.4"-10" (36mm-254mm) within a +/- .001" tolerance. With some help from our 30 ton hydraulic ram, we can press bushings in after machining. What sets us apart? We are mobile! Instead of spending time and money hauling your equipment to a shop, we can come to you.
